External Sales Consultant - CANADIAN SOLAR

Responsabilidades e atribuições

 

Responsibilities:

1-     Client Prospecting:

  • Identify and contact potential clients in different segments.
  • Conduct external visits to companies, to present the CSI and products.
  • Participate in industry events, fairs and workshops to promote equipment and generate leads.
  • Collect contact details and relevant information about prospected clients.

 

2-     Promotion and Presentation:

  • Present photovoltaic equipment, catalogs and promotional materials to clients.
  • Explain the advantages and benefits of solar energy, clarifying doubts and objections.
  • Prepared and/or perform energy generation simulations.
  • Distribute flyers, pamphlets and promotional gifts.

 

3-     Lead Generation:

  • Qualify leads, identifying the profile and needs of each client.
  • Fill in visit and contact reports, recording the information collected.
  • Forward qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain contact with leads, monitoring the progress of negotiations.

 

4-     Customer Relationship:

  • Build and maintain a good relationship with customers, seeking to retain them.
  • Provide information about the company and products clearly and objectively.
  • Respond to customer requests with agility and professionalism.

 

5-     Other activities:

  • Assist in organizing events and promotional actions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team in preparing commercial proposals.
  • Stay updated on news in the solar energy market.
  • Collect commercial information about competitors

Requisitos e qualificações

·        Completed degree.

·        Experience with external sales, client prospecting and product promotion.

·        Basic knowledge of photovoltaic solar energy (desirable).

·        Communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.

·        Good personal presentation and professional posture.

·        Proactivity, dynamism and focus on results.

·        Availability for travel and external work.

·        CNH category B.
